Refund and Returns Policy
We offer the following warranties depending on how long you have owned your Heat Guardians.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a Heat Guardian purchased from us we will refund your entire purchase price. This offer requires
- that you pay return shipping (usually about $5-$10 in continental US),
- that you tell us why you are returning them, and
- that the units are in the same condition as when you received them.
We then offer a one-year money back guarantee if your units prove to have a manufacturing defect. This would be bad solder joints, components that never worked, or the display failing. This offer requires

- that the units are in roughly the same condition as when you received them.
We warranty the case and hardware (other than battery) up to an operating temperature of 135F and down to 25F for 2 years.
